About Templebreedy Holy Trinity (Crosshaven)
Templebreedy Holy Trinity (Crosshaven) was built in 1866 in the Gothic Revival style. It has a four-bay nave, built of squared limestone under a pitched slate roof. Notable features include stained glass including a rose window, window tracery and buttressed walls.
Notable people
William Burges designed the church, and Bishop John Gregg laid its foundation stone in October 1866. The £1,700 cost included £500 raised locally and £1,200 from the Ecclesiastical Commissioners; Thomas Hayes donated the site.
