About St Patrick, Forster Street
St Patrick, Forster Street was built in 1842. It has a three-bay nave. Notable features include a bell tower, pinnacles and window tracery.
History
The former chapel was substantially altered by the insertion of a second floor. Its original tall side windows were partly blocked to correspond with the new internal division, while the ashlar limestone gable-front retained its Gothic Revival detailing.
