About St. Mary
St. Mary was built around 1820. It has a single-cell plan with a four-bay nave and rendered walls under a pitched slate roof. Notable features include stained-glass windows, an internal gallery and mosaic work.
Notable features
The nave glazing is unsigned and uses subtly shaded colour with detailed architectural and textile motifs. The dedication banners at the bottom of these windows were left blank; the interior also retains marble altar rails and furniture.
