About Church of the Immaculate Conception, Tang
Church of the Immaculate Conception, Tang was built around 1830. It has a T-shaped plan with a two-bay nave and rendered walls under a pitched slate roof. Notable features include stained-glass windows.
History
The church began as a three-bay barn-plan building before single-bay transepts were added about 1850. It was altered and renovated around 1980; a freestanding belfry stands to the north-east on a small circular earthwork.
