About Church of the Immaculate Conception, Clonakilty

Church of the Immaculate Conception, Clonakilty was completed in 1880 in the Gothic Revival style. It has an eight-bay nave, built of squared sandstone under a pitched slate roof. Notable features include a two-stage tower, stained-glass windows, an internal gallery and a marble altar.
