About Castleventry (Ballinavar)
Castleventry (Ballinavar) was built around 1810. It has a three-bay nave, built of rubble stone under a pitched slate roof. Notable features include a three-stage bell tower, stained-glass windows, crenellated parapets and pinnacles. The church stands in its own graveyard.
