About St Senan, Kilmacow
St Senan, Kilmacow was built in 1803. It has a six-bay nave. Notable features include a two-stage tower, stained-glass windows, buttressed walls and lancet windows.
History
Late-twentieth-century restoration and post-Vatican II renovation removed much of the earlier interior scheme. The surviving interior retains an exposed timber roof construction on cut-stone corbels and a pointed chancel arch with a moulded surround.
