About St Beacon, Mullinavat
St Beacon, Mullinavat dates from 1890. It has a cruciform plan with a three-bay nave and rendered walls under a pitched slate roof. Notable features include stained-glass windows and a bellcote.
History
Rev. J. Raftice rebuilt the church in the late nineteenth century, incorporating fabric from an earlier church that had been constructed during the early nineteenth century.
