About St. Patrick's Church, Fermoy
St. Patrick's Church, Fermoy was built in 1811. It has a cruciform plan with a four-bay nave and rendered walls. Notable features include a three-stage tower, stained-glass windows, an internal gallery and mosaic work.
History
The church was remodelled around 1820, enlarged in 1842 and remodelled again in 1867. Later single-storey, flat-roofed extensions were added on the east side.
