About St. Munchin's Church, Knockaderry
St. Munchin's Church, Knockaderry was built in 1840. It has a three-bay nave and rendered walls under a pitched slate roof. Notable features include stained-glass windows, a bellcote and an internal gallery.
The building
The porch and sacristy have timber-battened, louvred and replacement doors on their side and rear elevations. The transept fronts use round-headed door openings with rendered surrounds and double-leaf timber-panelled doors beneath single-pane fanlights.
