About St. Molaga's Church, Sraharla
St. Molaga's Church, Sraharla was built around 1820 in the Gothic Revival style. It has a cruciform plan with a two-bay nave and rendered walls under a pitched slate roof. Notable features include stained-glass windows, a bellcote and window tracery.
The building
The church faces west and features lean-to extensions to the east gable. Gabled porches with render roundels and cross motifs are situated on the front elevations of the transepts. A glazed timber internal porch provides access, while the exterior is enclosed by painted rendered boundary walls with cast-iron railings and gates.
