About Kilmurry St Andrew
Kilmurry St Andrew was built around 1860. It has a single-cell plan with a four-bay nave, built of squared sandstone under a pitched slate roof. Notable features include a bellcote.
History
The church is located on the outskirts of Kilmurry village in Co. Cork. While the structure dates to c.1860, the interior was apparently remodelled in the 1880s under the patronage of A.R. Warren of Warrenscourt. The building retains numerous historic features from this period.
