About Church Of The Holy Trinity, Goresbridge
Church Of The Holy Trinity, Goresbridge was built in 1813. It has a cruciform plan with a two-bay nave and rendered walls. Notable features include stained-glass windows, a bellcote and buttressed walls.
History
The church was renovated in 1930, when flat-roofed projecting porches were added to the south front and transepts. It is associated with Reverend Lewis Moore, and a neighbouring nuns’ burial ground has cast-iron grave markers.
