About Church of the Assumption, Piltown

Church of the Assumption, Piltown was built between 1889 and 1899 in the Gothic Revival style. It has a six-bay nave, built of squared limestone under a pitched slate roof. Notable features include stained glass including a rose window, an internal gallery and crenellated parapets.
