About Church of St. Peter, Drogheda

Church of St. Peter, Drogheda was built in 1791. It has a cruciform plan, built of ashlar limestone under a pitched slate roof. Notable features include a six-stage tower with an octagonal spire, stained glass including a rose window, an internal gallery and a marble altar. It was designed by Francis Johnson.
