About Church of St Moling
Church of St Moling was built in 1828. It has a cruciform plan with a two-bay nave and rendered walls under a pitched slate roof. Notable features include stained-glass windows, a bellcote and an internal gallery.
The building
This detached four-bay double-height Catholic church on a cruciform plan was built in 1828 and improved in 1903. It features rendered walls with rusticated quoins, a pitched slate roof, and a bellcote. The interior includes a choir gallery, Gothic-style timber stations, and stained glass windows, some dated 1901 and others signed by Joshua Clarke and Sons, opened in 1892.
