The building
This Church of Ireland structure was rebuilt in 1831 with financial support from the Board of First Fruits. It features a rectangular plan with lean-to vestries and a three-stage entrance tower. The exterior displays fine roughcast walls, cut-granite surrounds, and a partial slate hung surface finish on the south side. Pointed-arch and Tudor-headed openings frame timber sash and casement windows with cast-iron lattice glazing bars.
