About St Teresa’s Church
St Teresa’s Church was built in 1840. It has a four-bay nave under a pitched slate roof. Notable features include stained-glass windows and a bellcote.
Notable features
The church features stained-glass windows attributed to the studio of Harry Clarke. It includes a lower gabled porch to the north gable and a gabled sacristy at the south end of the west elevation. The building is set back from the road within its own grounds, which contain graveyards to the north and a rendered boundary wall with decorative metal gates.
