About St. Patrick's Church, Castletara
St. Patrick's Church, Castletara was built in 1829. It has a four-bay nave and rendered walls. Notable features include a bell tower and an internal gallery.
Notable features
A medieval stoop and grotesque head survive in the north entrance porch. The timber gallery is supported by cast-iron columns and has a balustrade formed from short arches with pierced spandrels.
