About St James, Glenmore
St James, Glenmore was built in 1813. It has a simple single-cell form and pebbledashed walls. Notable features include stained-glass windows, a bellcote and buttressed walls.
History
The church was reconstructed in 1910 and extensively renovated in 1973. The latter works included replacement roofing, new external render finishes and replacement fixed-pane windows, while some earlier fabric continued to survive.
