About St. Finian's Church, Clonard

St. Finian's Church, Clonard was built in 1807. It has a cruciform plan and rendered walls under a pitched slate roof. Notable features include a three-stage tower and stained-glass windows.

History

The church was renovated around 1870, when the three-stage entrance tower was added. The plan includes single-bay transepts and an apse, with a sacristy addition on the north side.
