About St. Colman's, Macroom
St. Colman's, Macroom was built around 1840. It has a five-bay nave, built of squared sandstone under a pitched slate roof. Notable features include a three-stage bell tower, stained-glass windows, an internal gallery and a marble altar.

A chapel and convent abut the church on its south side. The church is identified as part of a group of related religious structures beside a large convent complex with which it shares an architectural treatment.
