About St. Brendan’s Church, The Glen
St. Brendan’s Church, The Glen is a Roman Catholic parish church in The Glen, Co. Cork. It is part of the Cork and Ross Diocese.
History
The church was built in 1973 and is dedicated to St Brendan the Navigator. It is the parish church of The Glen, and has a spire and a copper roof which the parish describes as familiar landmarks on the north side of Cork City. A mosaic of St Brendan is set at the entrance.
