About Saint Patrick's Church, Kilfeacle
Saint Patrick's Church, Kilfeacle was built around 1845. It has a four-bay nave and pebbledashed walls under a pitched slate roof. Notable features include stained-glass windows, a bellcote and a marble altar.
Notable people
The graveyard to the north-west of the site contains the grave of Seán Treacy, a central figure in the War of Independence. A cut-stone font, moved from his homeland in 1970, is also located within this graveyard area.
