About Mary Immaculate
Mary Immaculate was built in 1876. It has a seven-bay nave, built of limestone under a pitched slate roof. Notable features include a bell tower, stained-glass windows, an internal gallery and mosaic work. It was designed by George Coppinger Ashlin.
