About Kilmalooda All Saints
Kilmalooda All Saints was built in 1857. It has a three-bay nave, built of rubble limestone under a pitched slate roof. Notable features include a bell tower, stained-glass windows, crenellated parapets and pinnacles. It was designed by James St. Aubyn.
History
Commissioned by William Bence-Jones of nearby Lisselan House, this Church of Ireland church is a small scale Gothic Revival building. The three-stage bell tower was added c. 1870. The church is located within a graveyard containing stone grave markers dating from 1846 to 2007.
