About Corrawallen St Columba
Corrawallen St Columba was built in 1854. It has a five-bay nave, built of limestone. Notable features include a bellcote, buttressed walls and lancet windows.
The building
This Church of Ireland building features a gabled entrance porch and vestry. The structure has a pitched roof with fibre-cement tiles and corbelled eaves. Lancet windows possess tooled sandstone reveals, while the east gable displays a triple lancet. Pointed-arched door openings are framed by tooled sandstone surrounds and timber batten doors with ironwork. The site includes original decorative cast-iron gates.
