About Church Of The Immaculate Conception, Walsh Island
Church Of The Immaculate Conception, Walsh Island was built around 1824. It has a cruciform plan with a two-bay nave and pebbledashed walls under a pitched tiled roof. Notable features include a bellcote and window tracery.
History
During a renovation in the 1970s, the confessionals and balcony were removed and a new entrance porch was added to the church.
