About Church of St Peter, Dromiskin
Church of St Peter, Dromiskin was built in 1926 in the Romanesque style. It has a six-bay nave, built of granite under a pitched slate roof. Notable features include a bell tower, stained glass including a rose window, mosaic work and an organ.
History
Ashlin and Coleman designed the church in 1926. Inside, marble columns support the walling above the aisles and plaster heads of saints form part of the decoration; the aisles also retain encaustic floor tiles.
