Church of St Oliver Plunkett, Blackrock dates from 1923 and is built in the Hiberno-Romanesque style. The church is built of rubble limestone under a pitched slate roof. Notable features include stained-glass windows, an internal gallery and a marble altar. It was designed by Ralph Byrne.
