Church of St. Dymphna, Kildalkey was built around 1880. The church is built of squared limestone under a pitched slate roof. Notable features include stained-glass windows and a bellcote.
The building
This detached gable-fronted church comprises a four-bay nave with an attached porch and a single-bay chancel to the north-east, which has a sacristy attached. The structure features snecked rock-faced limestone walls with ashlar dressings, a pitched slate roof with decorative ridge cresting, and a bellcote on the south-west gable. A grotto bounded by cast-iron railings stands to the south, while the site is enclosed by concrete boundary walls and cast-iron gates with carved limestone piers.
