About St. Patrick’s, Ballyhaunis
St. Patrick’s, Ballyhaunis was completed in 1907. It has an eight-bay nave. Notable features include a three-stage tower with a broach spire, stained-glass windows, an internal gallery and an organ.
Notable people
William Henry Byrne and Son of Suffolk Street, Dublin designed the church. Reverend James Waldron PP, who died in 1892, left a bequest that provided financial assistance for the project.
