About St. Cronan’s, Roscrea
St. Cronan’s, Roscrea was built around 1855. It has a cruciform plan with a six-bay nave, built of squared sandstone under a pitched artificial slate roof. Notable features include stained-glass windows, crenellated parapets and buttressed walls.
