About St Brigid's Church, Ballysadare
St Brigid's Church, Ballysadare was built around 1890. It has a three-bay nave and rendered walls under a pitched slate roof. Notable features include stained-glass windows, an internal gallery and window tracery.
Notable features
The roof has crested clay ridge tiles and a cylindrical ashlar-limestone chimney on a square base. Inside, the ceiling is splayed and panelled, while arcades at the transepts and chancel are carried on polished granite columns.
