About St. Bartholomew's Church, Dromcollogher
St. Bartholomew's Church, Dromcollogher was built in 1824. It has a cruciform plan with a three-bay nave and rendered walls under a pitched slate roof. Notable features include stained-glass windows, an open timber roof and crenellated parapets. The church stands in its own graveyard.
Notable features
The interior includes balconies and statuary added through alterations to the nave. In the grounds, a Celtic cross was erected as a memorial to the victims of the 1926 cinema fire.
