About Séipéal an Ioncollaithe
Séipéal an Ioncollaithe is a Catholic church at Rosmuc, Co. Galway, in the Rosmuc/Camus parish of the Diocese of Galway, Kilmacduagh and Kilfenora. The Saturday vigil Mass is at 5:30pm. The building was erected in 1872 as a two-room national school. It served as a school until 1942, when it was converted into a chapel of ease by Fr M. Kenny. Bishop Michael Browne blessed it on 21 August 1944. In 1988, Fr Christy O’Connor carried out a full renovation.
