About Saint Michael
Saint Michael was built between 1919 and 1923 in the Early English Gothic style. It has a cruciform plan with a six-bay nave, built of squared limestone under a pitched slate roof. Notable features include a bell tower, stained-glass windows, an internal gallery and buttressed walls.
