About Rosses Point (Rosses)
Rosses Point (Rosses) was built around 1850. It has a three-bay nave, built of squared stone under a pitched slate roof. Notable features include a three-stage tower with a broach spire and stained-glass windows.
The building
The Church of Ireland church is constructed of uncoursed squared rubble limestone with tooled ashlar quoins. It features a single-bay chancel, a quadrant vestry, and a vestigial north transept. The structure includes pointed-arch window openings with painted cusped timber fixed-light windows and stained glass in the chancel east window.
