About Our Lady of Perpetual Succour
Our Lady of Perpetual Succour was built between 1933 and 1935. It has a nine-bay nave, built of squared granite. Notable features include a four-stage tower, stained-glass windows, an internal gallery and a marble altar.
History
John Joseph Robinson designed the present church. It succeeded a temporary structure known as the Tin Church, which had been erected in 1906 by Rev. John Ryan.
