About Church of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception, Tenure
Church of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception, Tenure dates from 1894. The church is built of ashlar limestone. Notable features include a two-stage tower, stained-glass windows, an internal gallery and a marble altar.
History
The entrance tower is dated 1913, while a plaque records the church's dedication on 7 October 1894 during the tenure of Reverend Thomas Cassidy. J. V. Brennan added the tower in 1914.
