About Templescobin St Paul
Templescobin St Paul was completed in 1817. It has a simple single-cell form under a pitched slate roof. Notable features include a three-stage tower, crenellated parapets, pinnacles and window tracery.
History
The Church of Ireland building was completed in 1817 with financial support from the Board of First Fruits and consecrated in 1818. It was originally dedicated to the apocryphal Saint Busk. The church is set in landscaped grounds alongside the adjacent Adelaide School, forming a self-contained ecclesiastical ensemble in Co. Wexford.
