History
The church was built in 1933. The diocesan directory gives the register of baptisms for Cnoc Fola as beginning in the same year, with the register of deaths from 1958 and the register of marriages from 1976. The cemetery serving the church, Reilig Cholmcille Naofa at Bun a’ Leaca, carries the date 1958 in the same directory.
