About St. Patrick's Church, Dublin Rd.
St. Patrick's Church, Dublin Rd. dates from 1816. It has a T-shaped plan, built of squared limestone under a pitched slate roof. Notable features include stained-glass windows, a bellcote and pinnacles.
Notable features
The interior retains timber pews, marble altar furniture and an elaborate timber roof with groin vaulting. Stone holy-water fonts are set into the wall on either side of the main doorway, which is framed by clustered carved limestone moulding.
