About St Columba’s Church, Burtonport
St Columba’s Church, Burtonport was built between 1898 and 1908. It has a six-bay nave and rendered walls under a pitched slate roof. Notable features include a bell tower, stained glass including a rose window, buttressed walls and lancet windows.

History
St Columba's Church was built at Lackenagh, Burtonport, in 1899, as a second church in the parish of Kincasslagh. The parish was formerly known as Lower Templecrone and initially took in what is now the parish of Annagry, running as far as the Crolly Bridge. Its parish church was St Mary's at Belcruit, built in 1856.
