About Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mother
Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mother was built around 1845 in the Gothic Revival style. It has a cruciform plan, built of squared limestone. Notable features include stained-glass windows, window tracery and buttressed walls.
Notable features
The interior has clustered columns supporting a plaster rib-vaulted ceiling, together with timber panelling, pews and a draught lobby. The entrance is set in the square tower and has a large pointed-arched surround containing a two-leaf timber-panelled door.
