About Living Hope
Living Hope is a Baptist church in Trim, County Meath, a member of the Association of Baptist Churches in Ireland.
History
Living Hope began in October 2007 as three families meeting in Trim to study the Bible together. The group grew and met on Sunday evenings in local homes, while most of its members continued to attend an evangelical church in Navan on Sunday mornings. Support for the new work came from Grace Bible Fellowship, Dublin.
In June 2008 the church began holding its own Sunday morning services in Trim. Having outgrown the homes in which it had been meeting, it moved in November 2008 to the Trim Castle Hotel, and in September 2011 into a rented building on Navan Gate Street. A constitution was adopted in 2014 and the church joined the Association of Baptist Churches in Ireland in the summer of 2015.
