About Church of Immaculate Conception, Templeboy
Church of Immaculate Conception, Templeboy was built around 1870. It has a five-bay nave, built of rubble limestone under a pitched slate roof. Notable features include stained-glass windows, a bellcote and buttressed walls.
The building
The plan has two-bay transepts projecting east and west, a slightly projecting chancel to the south, porches on the north sides of the transepts and a single-storey pitched-roof sacristy at the south-west.
