About Ballinadee
Ballinadee was built in 1759. It has a three-bay nave, built of rubble stone. Notable features include a bell tower, stained-glass windows, crenellated parapets and pinnacles.
History
Ballinadee Church of Ireland church was originally built in 1759, with the tower apparently added in the early nineteenth century. However, a drawing dated 1839 by Alexander Sharp Deane suggests the building was probably rebuilt around that date. The church is situated within its own grounds, surrounded to the east, south and west by a graveyard.
