Wellington Presbyterian Church

History

Members of the original congregation who did not move to the new West Church continued to meet in the original building, and became recognised as Wellington Street Presbyterian Church. The congregation remained at that site until 2009, when it moved to a larger site away from the town's commercial shopping area. A purpose-built church complex on the Sourhill Road, Ballymena, opened in April 2009, and the congregation took the name Wellington Presbyterian.
