About St Andrew’s Church, Curraha
St Andrew’s Church, Curraha was built around 1900. The church is built of limestone under a pitched slate roof. Notable features include a bell tower, buttressed walls and lancet windows. It was designed by George Coppinger Ashlin.
Notable features
The chancel contains a rich mosaic, and stained-glass windows light the church. Carved limestone gate piers and cast-iron railings mark the site boundary.
